Article 1 Membership procedures

I must take a 1-inch color photo and go through the relevant application procedures at the information desk of Xuzhou Museum with my valid ID card and work certificate.

After review, you can become a member of "Friends of Xu Bo". When applying for membership card, you need to pay membership fee.

Article 2 Use of membership card

Members must present their membership cards when enjoying their rights and interests. The validity period of the general membership card is 1 year, and the validity period of the VIP membership card is 2 years from the date of obtaining the membership card.

Article 3 Change of membership card and replacement of loss report

Change: The change of membership must be approved by the library.

Report loss and reissue: After the membership card is lost, you must report the loss to the museum in time. After being checked by the museum, it will be reissued within three working days. Members need to pay the cost of production.
