Zhao Xucheng Art Museum is located in Zhushan Art Street, Yunlong Lake, Xuzhou City. It officially opened on December 19, 2021 and is operated and managed by Xuzhou Museum.

Zhao Xucheng, friends often call Zhao Xulao, so he is called Xulao.

Xulao was born in Peixian County, Xuzhou, in January 1943. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Nanjing Normal University in 1964 and was assigned to the Propaganda Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, and then joined the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting. Since 1975, her maiden works "Tailor" and "Oriental Goddess", "East Wave", "Sewing Tent", "Early in the Alley", "National Kuipeng Song", "Flowing Light and Colorful", "Himalayas", "Calligraphy Heart" and other works have been selected in the national calendar and art exhibitions and major exhibitions at home and abroad, and won many awards. Participated in the ten exhibitions held by the CPPCC in Jinjing, Jiangsu Province, and the first exhibition of the Zijin Award Jinjing solo exhibition hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Committee; Shenzhen Ink Painting Biennale, etc. He has published more than ten "books and paintings", hundreds of thousands of words, "Four Meteorological Theories", "How to Say" and other influential works. The characters in the works, such as flying sky, city, landscape and calligraphy, have established themselves in the world with passion, interest and strength, and have been collected by art, museums and private collectors at home and abroad. There are many individual art galleries in the country, and they have won many awards, such as the Jiangsu Zijin Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award. They are national first-class artists and experts with special subsidies from the State Council government.
