The frost had just passed, and the autumn was just beginning. On November 9, 2019, volunteers from Xuzhou Museum came to Lianyungang Museum. The museum is the concentration of a city's cultural accumulation and the memory of a city. Lianyungang is a city with a long history. Its prehistoric ruggedness, the solemnity of the Shang and Zhou dynasties, the prosperity of the Han and Tang dynasties, and the essence of the Ming and Qing dynasties have been fully displayed in Lianyungang.
When we entered Lianbo, the rich historical atmosphere came to us, and we listened to the commentator. The first thing that catches our eyes is the light of civilization in Lianyun - the display of historical relics. Here, from the Paleolithic era to the Ming and Qing dynasties, the bronze, ceramics, jade, gold and silver and other historical relics of all dynasties show us the historical scene of the vicissitudes of Lianyungang in a new manner. Next is the display of Ling Huiping, which is full of mysteries. When you enter the exhibition hall, you can clearly see the process of "Ling Huiping" unearthed. This immortal body is shocking and puzzling. In the surging history, "Ling Huiping" has brought us too many mysteries. The last thing to visit is the special exhibition of Han Qing's remains - the art of bamboo slips from Yin Wan Han Tomb in the East China Sea. Although the contents of bamboo slips are not readable, the contents of bamboo slips become vivid under the guidance of the interpreter. In addition, the small scene production and animation production in the exhibition hall make the exhibition more understandable, fresh and simple. Bamboo slips are the carrier of historical and cultural transmission, which has spread the Chinese civilization for thousands of years.
In the museum, there are royal jade seals bearing the authority of the imperial court, bamboo slips recording the changes of the times, iron and bronze articles depicting the vicissitudes of life, jade antiques symbolizing elegance, and folk relics with war scars, each of which is telling us its endless experience and historical facts. The museum is like a window that attracts us. When we enter it, we can see a wider world and complete the soul's journey here.
During this visit to Lianyungang Museum, we not only saw the rich historical relics, but also had a clearer orientation of volunteer service. We understood that to have an excellent volunteer team, not only need each volunteer to constantly learn to improve their personal qualities and deepen their sense of responsibility, but also need team spirit, clear division of labor, and unity and cooperation. From the beginning to the end, I hope that Xubo volunteers will cherish this exchange opportunity, improve their volunteer service quality, and carry out volunteer activities. I also hope that Xubo volunteers will gradually grow, and the service system will be more detailed and perfect.
