The exhibition “Winged Horse Flying with the Prairie Wind——The Exhibition of the Prairie Cultural Relics and Folkloric Lifestyle” was opened grandly in Deng Yongqing Gallery in 15:30, 31st August, which was directed by Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics, sponsored by Xuzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV, Film, Press and publication and Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture Bureau of Cultural Relics and presented by Xuzhou Museum and Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture Museum. The following people were attended the opening ceremony: Liu Jinsheng, the director of Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics; Li Yan, the Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government of Xuzhou; Tong Jinyu, the Director of Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture Bureau of Cultural Relics; Kang Ping, the Vice Curator of Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture Museum; Che Ning, the Director of the Museum Department of Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics; Su Tonglin, the researcher of the Comprehension Department of Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics; Gao Chengfu and Han Feng, the Director and Deputy Director of Xuzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV, Film, Press and publication; Yang Zhenghonh, the Curator of Zhengjiang Museum; Xu Zhongwen, the Curator of Yangzhou Musuem; Meng Qiang, the Vice Curator of Xuzhou Museum. This opening ceremony was hosted by Gao Chengfu, the Deputy Director of Xuzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV, Film, Press and publication.
During the opening ceremony, Li Yan, the Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government of Xuzhou, firstly introduced the long history of Xuzhou, especially the princess Jieyou of Western Han Dynasty part. Through the joint efforts of Xuzhou and Ili, this “Winged Horse Flying with the Prairie Wind” exhibition could be opened successfully. She also expressed the congratulation to this exhibition and gave a brief introduction to this exhibition. Tong Jinyu, the Director of Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture Bureau of Cultural Relics, introduced the beautiful scenery and long history of Ili and thanked for the support of Jiangsu. She hoped that we will have more opportunities to cooperation. Liu Jin, the director of Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics; Li Yan, the Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government of Xuzhou said that this exhibition was an important achievement of cultural relics cooperation under background of the national strategy “Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road” and the promoting the economic transformation and upgrading. This exhibition will be a tour exhibition. After the opening ceremony, all the attenders visited the exhibition room and the culture creative souvenir.
Before the opening ceremony, three interpreters of Ili Museum presented us the Kazak and Uyghur dancing and songs. In addition, there were some interaction with the audience and we had a friendly atmosphere.
