On Oct 17, 2018, Xuzhou museum trade union organized retired old workers to hold a double ninth festival activity.
On the occasion of the 19th national elderly festival, some retired workers of Xuzhou museum, accompanied by the new chairman of the trade union Liu Zhaojian, first visited the "Good Man Park" in Yunlong lake Zhushan scenic spot. The workers are proud of the city and appreciate the traditional Chinese virtues promoted by the "Good Man Park".
Then they came to the newly opened Wei Tianchi calligraphy hall, which is not only an important part of the 5A scenic spot of Yunlong lake, but also a new branch of Xuzhou museum. They not only visited the calligraphy exhibition hall, but also visited the Wei Tianchi studio, the lecture hall and the youth activity center with great interest. During the discussion with Shan Tianyi, the director of Wei Tianchi calligraphy hall, the retired workers put forward their own suggestions on Wei Tianchi calligraphy hall function positioning, operation management, energy conservation, activity planning and other aspects from their respective majors, which makes a common visit turn to a consultant advice activity.
After the visit, the old comrades are more confident and hopeful about the future of Xuzhou museum.
