In this lecture, the lecturer will tell us that the official dispatch administration and the life of scribes; that how to transfer the official dispatch to borderland; that how did the advanced scribe of Donghai County spend his last year; that the function of lute during the transmission of official dispatch. Lv Jian, born in 1983, is the doctor of Archaeology of Nanjing Normal University. He works in Xuzhou Museum now and mainly engaged in the research of archaeology of Qin and Han Dynasty and lutes of Han Dynasty.
