Introduction of the lecture:
This lecture, combining archaeological materials with historical documents and analyzing from perspective of general characteristics, basic structure and functional classification of chariots and horses in the Han dynasty, not only clearly explains the evolution of chariots and horses, but also explains the meanings of some words related to chariots and horses. The examples are abundant, the textual research is full of facts and the basis is solid.
Chen zhao, born in 1968, comes from Xuzhou. Now he is working in Xuzhou Museum as a deputy director of the office (party and mass department) and deputy researcher of cultural relics and museum.
He is the chief editor of Strategy of Xuzhou Museum and other 2 books and participated in the compilation, photography, diagram drawing and compilation of more than 10 books, such as Mysteries of Chinese Archaeology and Xuzhou Archaeological Collection Ⅰ. He once taught professional courses in Jiangsu Normal University and other universities.
