Zhu Lunhan (1680-1760), whose courtesy name was Hanzhai, and pseudonym was Yixuan, was native of Licheng, Shandong. As a student of his uncle Gao Qipei, he was adept at finger painting. InHouses in Deep Forest, streams run through the high stone mountains, and several houses lie in the forest; the hills, the mountains, the green pines and cypresses integrate into an artistic conception described in the poetical inscription. This painting represents skilled, proficient techniques and deep, free style. On the top right, a poem is inscribed, sealed with "Bing Xin Lv", "Seal of Zhu Lunhan" and "Han Zhai".
