Qiu Zhu, the daughter of Qiu Ying, has a pseudonym of Duling Neishi, and was native of Taicang, Jiangsu. She was adept at landscape and figure painting, especially in long scroll painting of gods and buddhas. TheScroll Painting of Eighteen Mahapurusas represents her exquisite techniques in using brush and colors. It is Qiu's masterpiece.
